Heart of a Helper exists to carry forward Daniel’s legacy of compassion by supporting individuals and families in the transport and dumpster service communities who are facing difficult seasons. Through financial assistance, encouragement, prayer, and practical support, we strive to reflect the love of Christ and bring hope to those who need it most.
A Heart to Help
Continuing a Legacy of Love, Faith, and Compassion
Daniel had a simple way of living: if someone needed help, he showed up.
Throughout his years in the transport and dumpster industries, Daniel built relationships with people across the country. He encouraged others, offered guidance, prayed with people, and stepped in whenever he saw an opportunity to make someone’s day a little easier.
After Daniel passed away in January 2026, his wife, Kara, felt called to continue the legacy he left behind. Heart of a Helper was created from that calling. It is a way to extend the same compassion that Daniel freely gave to others and to serve the communities that surrounded and supported their family during one of the hardest seasons of their lives.
